Who and where we are

Nosara Property is a coorporation of Nosara Development, across from the Café de Paris, Playa Guiones, at THE BEACH CORNER, Nosara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Nosara Development has had over 10 years of experience and Nosara Property will take care of the real estate, still offering the services of property management, architects and engineers for constructions to our clients, delivering integrity, reliability, support and professionalism. We can assist you in Spanish, English, German, French and Dutch.

Nosara is located around the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica.

The village of Nosara, 6km from the project of Nosara, provides the necessary town infrastructure for residents with a health clinic, private docter, pharmacy, schools, grocery stores, hard ware stores and restaurants.

Nosara has a fully paved public airport which is serviced daily by Sansa Airline and Nature Air, aswell as private charters.

The American Project located in Playa Guiones is one of the oldest and most successful communities of foreigners established in Costa Rica. More then 200 beautiful homes have been completed since the project first started
approximately 30 years ago.
